- • This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill
- • Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim
- • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
3. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any consequential damages including but not limited to:
- • Loss of anticipated profits or revenue
- • Loss of business opportunities or contracts
- • Loss or corruption of data or information
- • Damage to reputation or goodwill
- • Cost of procurement of substitute services
4. Force Majeure Provisions
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, technical failures not caused by our negligence, power outages, or internet service provider failures. During such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions:
- 2.1 Informal Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other party describing the dispute
- 2.2 Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations within 30 days, the parties may agree to mediation before a mutually acceptable mediator in Nicosia, Cyprus
- 2.3 Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, either party may pursue litigation in accordance with the jurisdiction clause above
- 2.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
3. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
4. Terms Modification Policy
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time:
- • We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- • For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through email or prominent website notifications

Waiver

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. Unless otherwise specified, references to sections include all subsections. The use of "including" means "including but not limited to."
Survival of Terms
Provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive shall continue in effect after termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
